The federal system does not allow for parole.

Lucas Ehly, 31, of Omaha, was found guilty of both conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and fentanyl distribution. Ehly was sentenced to 57 months in jail, followed by a three-year supervised release.

In June and July 2023, Ehly sold fentanyl tablets to a confidential informant twice, prompting a search that turned up seven pills in Ehly’s room and over 1,000 pills in the room of the individual who coordinated the sale.

Ashtin D. Schutjer, 36, of Council Bluffs, has been convicted of Access Device Fraud. Schutjer was sentenced to 14 months in prison, followed by a three-year supervised release. In addition, Schutjer was ordered to compensate the victim $151,693.74.

Schutjer worked as a caregiver for an elderly couple referred to in court documents as victims 1 and 2. Schutjer had access to the couple’s bank accounts as part of her job, which allowed her to perform errands for them. Schutjer then opened a credit card in the name of victim 2 and began purchasing airline tickets, Amazon purchases, groceries, and a Microsoft Xbox.

Schutjer’s purchases completely emptied the victim 1’s bank account, especially following the death of victim 2 in 2018.

During a traffic stop, two “baggies” of meth were discovered in Burney’s car, as well as empty baggies, a digital scale, and $870 cash. Lab testing revealed that the baggies contained 26 grams of real meth.

Dacia Leytham, 32, of Lincoln, was found guilty of possessing with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and having a prior major narcotics felony conviction. Leytham was sentenced to 180 months in jail, followed by 10 years of supervised release.

Alondra Rebolledo, 42, of Omaha, was found guilty of supplying methamphetamine and having a weapon during a drug trafficking operation. Rebolledo was sentenced to 235 months in prison for the drug conviction and another 60 months in jail for the gun charge, followed by five years of supervised release.

Rebolledo was involved in an organized drug sale with a confidential informant and another defendant, selling 111 grams of meth. A search warrant was performed at Rebolledo’s house, yielding “several pounds” of meth, cocaine, marijuana, a pistol, and ammunition.
