It’s another Monday, which means it’s time for another Patriot Auto Group Area Athlete of the Week, sponsored by Tri County Tech. This week, we focus on Caney Valley Ramona basketball player Maverick Condry.
Condry, a guard, says he enjoys the game and the ability to create offensively in free space.
Condry has grown up at Caney Valley and credits previous players with mentoring him and shaping him into the athlete he is today.
Tug Brinker, Condry’s coach, discusses the leadership he offers to the team both on and off the court.
Condry, who focuses completely on basketball, is undecided whether he wants to continue playing the sport at the next level, but he is interested in becoming an electrician.
