Springfield, Nebraska – Four teenagers were injured in a single-vehicle accident near Springfield Saturday afternoon.
According to the Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office, a pickup truck carrying four teenage males rolled after losing control near 132nd Street and Pflug Road southeast of Springfield around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
All four passengers were transported to Bergan Mercy Hospital due to their injuries. One passenger suffered life-threatening injuries.
The Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Springfield Volunteer, Gretna, and Papillion Fire Departments, responded to the crash.
The Sarpy County Crash Response Unit is looking into the cause of the crash.
