Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) beneficiaries will be able to receive a new retirement check in the United States in February 2025. This new payment schedule reflects all beneficiaries’ collection days, so if you receive a benefit, check to see when the money will be available.
Furthermore, it is important to note, from a financial standpoint, that recipients of any type of retirement benefit may collect on these days. It is not necessary to have a disability payment (SSDI), as it is not required to be a member of the various retirement groups.
Full SSDI Schedule in February 2025
In total, we anticipate four payment days for various groups of SSDI beneficiaries. As a result, citizens with a check should check to see which group they belong to.
If you already know which group of retirees you belong to, look at the day of the month on which the group collects.

So, use the following scheme to determine which payment days are available and which groups collect on these days:
- February 3rd. Payment for retirees with benefits prior to May 1997.
- February 12th. Post-May 1997 retirees with birthdays between the 1st and 10th of the month collect on this day.
- February 19th. Retirees after May 1997 with birthdays between the 11th and 20th of the month collect on this day.
- February 26th. Retirees after May 1997 with birthdays between the 21st and 31st of the month collect on this day.
To this, we must add that the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payment is delivered early on January 31st because February 1st is a non-working day.
However, this does not imply that the SSI will not arrive in February, as we will receive the payment for the month of March in advance on the 28th, as March 1st is also a weekend.
