Georgia. Indiana, Louisiana, and Maryland: upcoming SNAP dates
Beneficiaries in Georgia with ID numbers that end in 90-99 will receive their benefits on January 23. This system ensures that monthly payments are delivered in an organized manner.
In Indiana, dates are organized by last name, so the schedule is based on the first letters of the last name. Those with last names beginning with W, X, Y, or Z will receive the payment on January 23.
In Louisiana and Maryland, food stamps are now distributed based on Social Security numbers and last names. In Louisiana, SNAP payments are distributed according to the last digit of the Social Security number. The money will be distributed to recipients whose numbers end in 9, on January 23.
In Maryland, the payment schedule is determined by the first three letters of the surname: surnames between TRB and WES are paid on January 22, while surnames between WET and ZZZ are paid on January 23.
Missouri and Texas: Combined Criteria
Beneficiaries born in December in Missouri with surnames beginning with any letter between A and Z will receive the payment on January 22. Continuing with the states, Texas, which is one of the most populous, uses an eligibility determination group (EDG) number-based system. This week’s payment schedule is as follows.
- EDG ends at 25-27: payment on January 23
- EDG ends at 28-31: payment on January 24

Alabama and Delaware: regional organization of SNAP benefits distribution
In Alabama, beneficiaries with case numbers ending in 90-94 will receive their payments on January 22, while those with case numbers ending in 95-99 will receive them on January 23.
In Delaware, the schedule is organized alphabetically: the last names that begin with W will receive payment on January 22. Last names beginning with X, Y, or Z will receive payments on January 23.
Texas, one of the most populous states in the country, is issuing multiple rounds of SNAP payments this week. The exact date depends on your Eligibility Determination Group (EDG) number.

- EDG number ends in: 25-27 = benefits available on the 23rd
