Omaha, Nebraska — A fight between two siblings escalated into a stabbing on Sunday.
Omaha Police say they responded to a report of a man attempting to stab his sister. Santesha Brown, 27, told responding officers that her brother, Marquis Brown, 29, choked her, threw her down the stairs, slashed her with a knife, and threatened to kill her.
According to the OPD, he has been arrested and charged with second-degree assault, strangulation, and felony weapon use. According to police, the victim suffered bruises and several shallow cuts.
