Jon Stewart and Elon Musk may soon face off on an episode of ‘The Daily Show.’
The demand for Stewart and Musk has increased since the show is host cut his hand while ranting about Musk’s DOGE government entity. On the February 24 episode, Stewart complained about the department’s recent budget cuts as well as increased prescription drug prices.
“The companies we subsidize with billions of dollars give us the opportunity to negotiate the price of ten of their drugs. And ten is all of them, correct? It would be embarrassing if it was just a drop in the bucket, and the American people did not expect us to negotiate for all of their f**king drugs, because we had already paid for them with our subsidies!” he yelled on the show.
Stewart then slammed his fist into a coffee mug, injuring his hand and bleeding while on air.
Following the episode, Musk supporters took to X, a platform owned by the Tesla CEO, to promote his appearance on ‘The Daily Show.’ Musk took note of this and responded to one X user’s request that Musk appear on the program alongside Stewart.
“I will do it if the show airs unedited,” Musk said, explaining his terms.
The Daily Show took notice and agreed to Musk’s terms for an appearance.

However, other X users have debated whether Musk will appear on the show, with many taking sides.
“Of course, he will do it and be fine.” “You all live in some la la land,” one person commented.
“Elon will not do this. He cannot withstand even the slightest scrutiny, and Jon Stewart is an excellent interviewee. This is another Zuckerberg fight. “He will find a way out,” someone else said.

“Dude can not hold a conversation without breaking out in a Nazi salute or some cringe-worthy online slang. “Stewart would destroy him,” another said.
At this time, it is unknown whether Musk will appear or when the show will air.
