OMAHA – On Monday afternoon, one person died in a single-vehicle accident on the north end of Omaha’s metro.
Around 12:30 p.m., Omaha police responded to a report of a crash near Mormon Bridge Road and McKinley Street.
Investigators determined that a Chevrolet Trailblazer was traveling northbound on Mormon Bridge Road when it left the road, collided with a tree, and rolled down a nearby embankment.
The driver, Johnny Ingram, 63, was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no passengers in the vehicle.
The investigation is ongoing.
