A Community Police Organization in Omaha Is Growing

Omaha’s community police organization is expanding.

Police Athletics for Community Engagement (PACE) is expanding its program schedule from seasonal to year-round activities, including basketball, chess, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and mountain biking.

PACE wants to serve more communities and is forming new partnerships, including the Omaha Fire and Police Departments. PACE is a non-profit organization that provides athletic and program opportunities with the goal of fostering positive relationships between police, firefighters, first responders, and community members.
