A Black pizza delivery driver in Arkansas who posted police body camera footage online to document what he calls targeted harassment is now facing eight counts of stalking and harassment, both filed by the same officers who repeatedly pulled him over.
According to the Atlanta Black Star, Christian Mobley began uploading his interactions with Jonesboro police officers after requesting body cam footage following a series of traffic stops and arrests that began in June 2023. In the first encounter, he was pulled over for a broken brake light and refused a vehicle search.
Although no drugs were discovered, Mobley believes the incident signaled the start of ongoing targeting by local officers.
Between June 2023 and April 2025, Mobley was stopped or detained by police at least seven times while working as a delivery driver, often without being cited. In one instance, he was arrested for allegedly failing to signal properly, despite video evidence indicating otherwise.
Frustrated, Mobley started a YouTube channel and started posting body and dash cam footage. On April 8, a popular channel, The Random Patriot, featured his encounters in a viral video that has since received over 59,000 views.
One day after the video was published, Mobley was arrested at work on an active stalking and harassment warrant. The charges were filed by eight Jonesboro officers, several of whom appeared in his videos.
Mobley spent eight hours in jail and is now free on a $10,000 surety bond. He is now subject to a no-contact order, which prohibits him from interacting with those officers.
Mobley has raised more than $11,000 on GoFundMe to fight what he calls retaliatory charges.
