Pennsylvania – A Pennsylvania woman was arrested earlier this week and now faces over 60 felony charges. The charges include institutional sexual assault, inappropriate contact with a minor, and illegal distribution of controlled substances.

Authorities in Pennsylvania allege that the 35-year-old defendant, MicheIIe, had a sexual relationship with a minor and provided him with illegal drugs.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim, 16, reported that he and the woman, a special education teacher, had sexual encounters about a dozen times since February of this year. The majority of these incidents allegedly took place at the defendant’s parents’ home in Pennsylvania.

The victim also claimed that the woman bought medicinal marijuana for him about fifteen times from a dispensary. Investigators discovered that the two used messaging apps and messages to schedule meetings and facilitate iIIicit activities.

The investigation began earlier this week, after the victim’s family contacted the police. After reviewing the victim’s cell phone and other evidence, authorities confirmed the allegations.

The defendant has cooperated with law enforcement and is expected to surrender to Pennsylvania authorities once medically cleared, as she has previously reported a medical issue.

The 35-year-old woman has worked for the School District since 2014, in a variety of roles including paraprofessional and educator.

When school officials learned of the allegations, they placed the woman on administrative leave and barred her from school property.

The district has stated its commitment to providing a safe learning environment and is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation. Superintendent Richard Gusick emphasized that there is currently no evidence of other students’ involvement in this case.

The District Attorney’s Office has stated that once she is medically cleared, they will seek a substantial bail amount in accordance with the gravity of the offenses. District Attorney Cristopher condemned the alleged actions, stating that such behavior betrays the trust placed in educators and will not be tolerated.
