A 29-year-old woman in Wisconsin has been charged with multiple offenses after allegedly striking and killing a pedestrian with her SUV before fleeing the scene. The victim, identified as 32-year-old Calvin Young Jr., was found dead in the roadway, and the suspect, Tameca N. Martin, was later apprehended.
The Fatal Incident
On March 9, 2026, police responded to a report of a person lying in the roadway in Milwaukee. Upon arrival, they found Calvin Young Jr. “pulseless and not breathing” in the middle of West National Avenue and South 54th Street. Despite efforts to revive him, Young was pronounced dead at the scene.
